More Sex Offenders found at Winter Shelter
Mar/04/2009 11:13
After a more thorough review of clients at the Burbank Winter Shelter, Eiamgo reports that an additional four registered sex-offenders have stayed at the shelter. This brings the total number of sex-offenders so far to eight.
When the first sex-offender was found at the shelter, the URM stated that he must have ‘fallen through a crack.’ Now, four more have fallen, eight in total. Is it one big crack, or a lot of little cracks? How many more cracks are there? How long before the whole thing comes crashing down?
More info on this and other events are in the March 3rd, 2009 Weekly shelter report. Download report.

The program has been trumpeted as a shelter for families, but after two years of operation, it has housed men only as women will not go there with their children.
